Jewellery that is well loved and worn regularly will occasionally need some TLC, regardless of how well it's made. Ring's are subjected to wear and tear due to their nature, individual earrings can become lost, stones can pop out their settings and clasps can break.

Today, the moment something breaks it can often be easiest to simply replace it. Call us sentimental, but we don't think any piece of jewellery should be destined for the bin, since we know a lot of love, time, and resources go into making jewellery. For our customers, a single piece of jewellery can hold a lot of sentimental value, whether it's an heirloom or a favourite piece purchased on holiday. Repairs are assessed on a case by case basis at no cost, and customers will be provided with a quote for their approval prior to any work being carried out. However, we reserve the right to refuse to carry out a repair should we have concerns regarding its viability.
