Are all pieces made of solid Sterling Silver?

Unless specified as otherwise, all pieces on our website are solid 925 sterling silver. As a business we believe in providing the best quality pieces that won't deteriorate over time, which is why we don't sell silver plated pieces. 

Some of our cast sterling silver jewellery is rhodium plated to reduce tarnishing, and gives the metal that bright white shine that has become popular. This plating does eventually wear over time, however the result is only a slight dulling in the appearance of the piece. We personally quite like the more natural shine of silver that's been well worn, however customers that prefer the shiny finish can have their jewellery re-plated for a fee. 

We do stock a limited amount of gold plated jewellery which has solid 925 sterling silver underneath, for customers who like the look of gold jewellery but are looking for a more budget friendly option while avoiding the green marks that copper plated jewellery can cause.

  

How do I order on camacjewellery.co.uk?

Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the ADD TO BAG button to place it in your shopping bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Please note that your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your payment information.

 

How will my order be shipped?

All domestic orders for delivery within the UK will be delivered by the Royal Mail, either via their Tracked 48 with Signature service, or Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Guaranteed service. 

Alternatively, we are pleased to offer customers the option for in person collection from our workshop in Pittenweem, Scotland. Should this option be selected at check out, we would ask that customers contact us to agree a suitable time for collection.

All international orders will be shipped via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service, which on average delivers items within 5-7 working days.  Items through this service are tracked until the point they leave the UK only, and upon arrival at their delivery address will only be handed over once it has been signed for.

What is the Camac Jewellery return/exchange policy?

Purchases will be available for a refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original packaging.
